Since this is a presale offer, when do I get access?
All pre-sale buyers will get access on December 16th. After 30 days of access, if you wish to continue, you will be charged again on January 15th and every 30 days to continue after that.
Can I use my own phone number to send texts with the software or will I get a different number?
You will get a new local or toll-free number through Twilio (a trusted 3rd party communications company) that will be dedicated to this software. If you already have a Twilio account and phone number, you can use it with Follow-Up Geneius or you can get another one.
Are there any extra costs?
Text message rates do apply and are on average $0.01/message, but range from $0.0005/message and up to $0.02/message. Additionally, the purchase of a Twilio phone number is $1-$2 a month.
What kind of support do I get?

Can I access and use all the features from my phone?
Yes! There is an app you can download to your phone or you can log in on your computer. We will provide you with the login and app details on Dec. 16th.
How long can a text message be?
When you send a text message over 160 characters the message will be split.
Will my messages always be received by my contacts?
Nearly every cellular phone in use in the world can receive text messages. Most wireless carriers include text messaging in their standard plans.
Can I personalize my texts?
Yes! You can use custom fields to automatically add elements like your name, their name, your product/service that they’re interested in, images, videos, and even emojis!
Can I text international numbers?
Yes, but there are additional costs depending on the country, ranging from $0.01 - $0.08. Just enable the international feature within your Twilio account with the click of a button.
